If you are unsatisfied with our initial consultation within the first meeting, we offer a 50% refund of the consultation fee. Full refunds are available if services are cancelled before work begins.
Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month has begun. You may cancel with 30 days' notice for the following month.
50% deposits are required to initiate engagements. Unused retainer balances from multi-month commitments can be applied to future services or partially refunded at our discretion.

Engagements with Siderea Ventures are based on mutual agreement. Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation will be outlined in a signed statement of work or engagement letter.
Siderea Ventures' maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
Consulting results are not guaranteed. Business success depends on market conditions, execution quality, team capability, and numerous factors outside consultant control. Our recommendations are based on analysis and experience but should be validated by the client's own research and advisors.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware and the United States.
